Life/School Updates
I survived my first year of college! Too make that even better I only got A’s and B’s, I have to admit, this is much better than high school. I learned a lot from my first year and have gained a lot of independence. At this point I am trying to sign up for some online classes for the summer, finishing projects, and getting back my job at Boston Market. If my hours there don’t look good I will have to switch to the dunkin’ doughnuts down the road. I am also working on getting my shop up and running. My first group of items I am trying to get into a small handmade store in Raleigh to see how they sell.

Upcoming Projects
- Denim purse (30% complete)
- Crochet Afghan (20% compete) I got this amazing yarn Sensations, it is called “Rainbow Boucle Multi,” it reminds me of the Native American blankets I used to see all the time as a child. I am using a J hook to complete it, so it’s taking a while. I hope to have it done in time for next semester, so I can put it on my new dorm bed.
- Plush Bunny (15% complete) This is my first crochet plush. My first attempt the head looked squashed so I had to restart. I am using a yarn is a light green color; it was given to me a couple years ago.
Others I have yet to start: 2 scarves I’m selling to a friend for her sisters, a wedding gift for my friend Dolly, ad a baby blanket for Dolly as well. She is due only a few months from now and that baby will need to stay warm.

Commission Status
Commissions are closed for the time being. (Except digital works –aka- banners and logos)

Store Update
Not active yet, but I am open for commissions for banners and logos!

Contest
I might be entering the :devJewlryClub: flower contest if I have enough time.
